Health, Safety, & Environment Manager – PT Greenfields Indonesia
COMPANY OVERVIEW
PT. Greenfields was established by a group of Australian and Indonesian entrepreneurs with strong agribusiness expertise and experience. The Company commenced the development of a dairy farm at Desa Babadan, Gunung Kawi, Malang, East Java, an ideal environment for the special dairy cows imported from Australia.
In April 1999, the Company began the construction of a milk processing facility that became operational in June 2000. Milk produced by the farm is of the highest quality and meets the world toughest microbiological standards. PT Greenfields Indonesia produces range of Fresh Dairy product from Pasteurised Milk, UHT, fresh cheese and other fresh Dairy product in near future.
Today, Greenfields farm has a cattle population of over 6,000 head of Holstein cows producing 30 millions litres of fresh milk per year. Besides supplying the domestic market, over 50% of its finished products are sold in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines and other countries in the region.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain compliance with national and local environmental, health and safety regulations.
- Lead the implementation and validation of Company’s health, safety and environmental Frameworks.
- Provide HSE guidance and compliance support to management team to ensure compliance with regulatory &; program requirements.
- Assist management in executing Environmental, Health &; Safety priorities, goals and requirements.
- Proactively drive continuous improvement in HSE performance and programs.
- Drive improvements in organizational HSE culture, awareness, and accountability.
- Provide leadership, support and training to build technical, management and leadership skills of management team in HSE.
- Coordinate employee HSE training, lead HSE audits, and maintain HSE records.
- Act as primary liaison with regulatory agencies concerning all HSE issues, understand regulatory changes and trends and forecast site impacts.
- Manage the professional develop of direct reports.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) in any discipline. Degree in Engineering background would be an advantage.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Environment, Health and Safety Division
- Good understanding for ISO 22000:2005, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 : 2008, and ISO 14001 : 2004
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Honest, determine, energetic, pro-active and self-motivated
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power point)
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Willing to be stationed in Gunung Kawi, Malang, East Java.
